Pepita Chai kicks things off with a beautiful black base tea from the Dimbula region of Sri Lanka. This tea is bright and lively, medium-bodied and delightfully tangy. It offers a smooth and subtle flavor, layered with notes of red fruits, and just a hint of malt. Next up we add our signature chai blend consisting of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, allspice, cloves, and black pepper. Lastly, we balance the blend out with a hearty mix of roasted pepitas which are simply pumpkin seeds without a shell.
