Lemon & Figs begins with an Assam black tea from the Assam region of India. This tea comes along with sweet and starchy notes, much like roasted plantains. It’s malty without being overpowering and has hints of raisin. Next, we add diced Turkish figs to mix with the sweet notes of the base tea and play off the malty notes with a unique molasses-like sweetness. Lastly, we add lemon peel to sharpen the blend and bring it all together.
